The belt oil skimmer utilizes motor-operated belt and a pulley system that runs through the contaminated liquid to pick up tramp oil from the surface.

 

The belt scraps through a tray near the top pulley where the oils get collected.
 

Machine installation

1. Confirm matters before the first boot

Check whether the cables are correctly connected
Check whether the terminal is loose and tightened
2. Confirmation of the test run stage
Verify that the oil removal belt and counterweight wheel are in the appropriate position
Verify that the direction of operation of the oil removal belt is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow. If reversed, it can be switched between the 2 and 3 wires in the power cord
Run the degreaser in the correct direction for 2 minutes without load to detect whether there is any change
3. Precautions during the installation phase
The device is installed on the liquid tank cover plate and fixed by four screws. It must be ensured that the oil removal belt is immersed in the oil-water mixture so that the oil slick adheres to the oil removal belt.
4. Precautions for daily operation
Daily operation and maintenance should confirm whether there is abnormal noise, vibration and heat
It is not recommended to shut down for a long time (if it stops working for a long time, the oil removal belt should be soaked in liquid to prevent the oil removal belt from aging and hardening)
